Payment Policy
To help keep costs so low, we do not take any form of health insurance. Full payment at the time of service is required. You will receive a copy of your medical record and a receipt. We encourage you to seek reimbursement from your health insurance company. Remember, our treatment cost is affordable, even without insurance. Most treatments cost $60 -- not much more than some insurance co-pays.
Got insurance?
We require a picture ID and your health insurance card if you have Netcare PPO, Staywell, or Takecare PPO. We ask that you pay your co-payment with VISA, Mastercard or Cash.
Please be advised that insurance companies do not cover cosmetic services, work or sports physicals, and some immunizations. Netcare does not cover acne. Plans may vary, so check with your provider.
We do not do preauthorizations for procedures here. If you want us to remove a wart or precancerous lesion, we will do so, and ask you to pay in full. This allows us to keep our costs down, serve you immediately, and save you money, time, and hassle.
We will give you a receipt and reimbursement form that you may present to your insurance company.
