Our Sick Note Policy
We will issue a sick note to you on the day you are sick. We will give parents a note stating that their child was sick, if the child was seen on that day in our clinic. It is our policy not to “back-date” sick notes. The time off work/school we give you is based on a reasonable estimate of how long it will take for you to get well. If you are not better by the time the sick note runs out, you may be suffering from a more serious illness, and we recommend that you see your primary care doctor for further evaluation
